Thakir F. Saleem is the Co-Founder and CEO of Orion Initiatives, leading sourcing, underwriting, and execution across real estate investments and development. He is a sophomore at Morehouse College studying Economics and English, with four years of development experience, including work with real estate firms such as Banneker Ventures.

Faheem Muhammad is a Co-Founder of Orion Initiatives and oversees the firm’s financial strategy, underwriting, capital structuring, budgeting, and risk management. He brings hands-on construction experience that supports disciplined cost control and execution-focused oversight. He also works as a Sales Consultant at ALM Kia South, applying negotiation and client advisory expertise to Orion’s operations.

Khadeem Barri is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Orion Initiatives, where he oversees day-to-day operations, internal systems, and cross-functional coordination. He is responsible for operational strategy, process optimization, team management, and driving efficient execution across the organization, while also leading communication and outreach efforts. In addition, Khadeem currently works as a car salesman at ALM Kia South, where he applies his strengths in sales, client relations, and negotiation to deliver results and build lasting relationships.
